EKOS

The EKOS project is designed as a more compact version of another private house project we have developed – SIDUS. This is a building built in the traditions of minimalism, where special attention is paid to energy efficiency and people's well-being. We have thought about making the house bright and comfortable: the bedroom, which is located on the second floor of the house, has high ceilings that are unusual for small private houses; the ceiling height above the living room rises to a height of 4.5 meters, which creates a feeling of spaciousness. The constructive solutions and insulation of the building allow it to be inhabited all year round. Thanks to the fact that the house structures are completely prepared in the factory, its construction and full decoration take only 8 weeks from the moment of purchase.

The EKOS layout includes a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and, depending on the modification, a terrace or a separate room where you can create another bedroom, a home office or a sauna. Similar to other Sila Stils projects, EKOS is also created with fully finished finishes and equipped bathrooms.
