The SIDUS concept’s architectural and structural plans were built bearing in mind the taste and requirements of the modern Northern European. This house was designed to satisfy the needs of an active and lively family of 4 to 5 members. Its genuine design with the spacious and bright lounge area boasts an impressive 6.5-meter ceiling, allowing parts of the space to be used for different purposes according to the inhabitants' needs. The house includes four spacious bedrooms and three separate bathrooms that offer full privacy to family members or guests who would like to relax or isolate themselves away from the main buzz of the habitat. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and wardrobe. 

The house's facade was designed to harmoniously blend with tall trees and leafy settings, thus making SIDUS ideal for suburban areas where city and nature meet.
